SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We carefully prepare every Mon Métier order with the same attention to detail that goes into each garment.

WEEKLY DISPATCH

Orders are packed and dispatched every Friday as part of our weekly dispatch batch.

Orders placed before the weekly cut-off will be included in that Friday's dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off may be processed and dispatched the following Friday.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, your delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been collected by the courier.

WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS

Our weekly dispatch takes place on Fridays. Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not counted as working days for standard delivery estimates.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to ensure every order reaches you within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery details.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Mon Métier cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
